EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Request a Return or Withdrawal
To qualify for a refund under the right of withdrawal, products must be returned unopened, unused, and with the original safety seal intact.
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.
After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your request.
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Please note that, for health protection and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food supplements are not eligible for a return where permitted by applicable law.
General Returns
In addition to any statutory rights that may apply, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at geosilica@geosilica.com and send your item to GeoSilica BV, Bronland 12 H, 6708 WH Wageningen, The Netherlands. Please contact us by email if you suspect your product is defective or damaged at geosilica@geosilica.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product toGeoSilica BV, Bronland 12 H, 6708 WH Wageningen, The Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
