Subscription terms 

The monthly subscription fee is paid in advance according to the tariff that is valid at any time. The monthly fee is charged with automatic credit or debit card debit each month. Failure to pay the monthly subscription fee will have it terminated. GeoSilica reserves the right to change these subscription terms. Changes will be announced at least one month in advance on the Company's website. 

GeoSilica reserves the right to change the subscription fee without notice. However, GeoSilica will notify subscribers of price changes by email. 

If a customer violates the subscription terms, GeoSilica is authorized, without notice, to suspend the subscription and claim payment of damages according to general Icelandic tort regulations. 

You can pay for your subscription using Visa and Mastercard. You cannot pay with Amex.

Order and shipping procedure

Customers will receive an email once they have been charged for the products. 

The order processing duration is one business day.

The shipment duration is 2-5 business days. All orders are estimated to be delivered 2-4 business days after receiving the order and payment.

    All product prices include VAT.

    • All products: €35,90
      • Shipping within the EU: €13.90
      • Shipping outside of EU: €22.43

    Returns and refunds

    After delivery, customers can return the product within 30 days. We accept returns if the product is in its original state, unopened, in the original packaging with a receipt included. The customer covers the cost of returning the product.

    Warranty

    If the product is damaged in any way, GeoSilica will take full responsibility for replacing it.

    Delivery and tracking

    If a parcel is not collected from a UPS parcel shop or delivery point within the allotted time and is automatically returned to GeoSilica, the order will be considered unclaimed.

    GeoSilica is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or delays caused by non-collection. In such cases, shipping and return costs are non-refundable. Once the parcel is received back at our warehouse, a refund will be issued for the product value only, provided the items are unopened and in their original condition.

    Terms of delivery

    When you reside in Iceland:

    • We can deliver your package to the nearest post office with Íslandspósti. Unless stated otherwise, no shipping costs apply. This option takes 2-5 business days.
    • Alternatively, we can deliver your package to your home by Íslandspóstur (990 ISK) in 2-5 business days.

    When you do not reside in Iceland:

    • International door-to-door deliveries are shipped by DHL  and take 2-5 business days to arrive.

    Icelandic law

    The provisions and terms of this agreement should be interpreted following Icelandic law. If a dispute occurs or when someone makes a claim against GeoSilica based on the conditions applied, such dispute or claim is referred to the Icelandic courts for consideration.

    Confidentiality

    The seller commits to the buyer that all information provided regarding the transaction will be kept confidential. These terms fall under the Act on Purchases no. 50/2000 and Consumer Purchase Act no. 48/2003. Time limits mentioned in the Act of Law no. 96/1992 start once the product is received.
